Can the Trees Around You Affect How You Speak?

To begin this article, one must understand the meaning of the word “terrior” or -  the idea that the terrain on which plants are grown can import a very specific character to the plants. Much like being born in Texas or New York can have a very specific effect on the personality of a person, plants can also take on personality depending on where they live. As you can imagine, this idea if prevalent in the study of wines. Much like the terrain of a place effect it’s plants, the foliage of a community also affects how the people of that community speak. Read on to learn how rich, foliage-dense areas create populations that speak differently (have fewer consonants in their language) than a society located in more mountainous terrains.
